Special Notes: We can visit in the courtyard which is not fenced in. Required: TB testing, SBI forms to be filled Background: SBI assists brain injured adults to reach their highest level of independent functioning through accessible, affordable services: support for their caregivers; and provide community prevention programs. The clients are at the facility M-Th, from 9:00am - 2:00pm. There are anywhere from 8 - 12 clients at each visit, along w/ 2-3 employees and another couple of caregivers. |
